Agreed.

Salesmen may not always be mindful of credit worthiness in their hurry 
for a commission and I am not sure it is a good plan to have sales 
people creating customers really - unless it really is a one man band - 
and this is not really webERP territory they'd be better off with MYOB, 
Quickbooks or something.
