            Thank you for your comments. As I said it's an OPTION for users
instead of to force them use a general COA.  

            Even in China, each accountant may modify the COA according to
business requirements. But the original one is far from the COA from
government, that's one of the main reason to put potential users off. 

            And more over, there are some data in the sql are English. So
the country specific sql will lead to a thorough localization.
