[WebERP-developers] Country sql is needed

*Dear all:*

             The webERP new installer provide a option to install different
country's sql file. 

              I've just committed the Chinese sql file to the trunk which is
suitable for Chinese mainland. 

             If you have your country's sql file, please commit it to the
trunk. Then more users will benefit from this.
