          Tim bring out a point that the non-programmer can easily modified
the xml files. I'm not sure if it's a truth. 
          Beside we benefit over disadvantage, there is still another
question not be answered: It's quite complicated for developer to modify the
file after using form designer. We have to learn the new rules and it's not
a breezy experience IMHO. 

         If it really bring convenient for those non programmer, I think
what we should solved is to find a solution for those programmer who can
modify the code easily instead of using those xml files.
