*Hi, Tim, * I think a more comprehensive COA is better for those users who do not have so much experience with webERP. Then can choose those account they need and just leave others alone. But if they cannot find the accounts they want, they will feel the software is not suitable or strive to find way out. It's a high learning cost for them.
