[WebERP-developers] SMTP mail rework has been done

*Dear all:*

             Please be informed that the rework has been done for sending
email via smtp. I'll keep the database backup script untouched since it's
related to some sensitive data. 

             I appreciated the help from Phil and Tim. 

            A new script has been created to maintain the email list group.
And those script which had use php's native mail api has also been reworked.
