Hi!
I used the category concept in order to group my items because of its some
use that it has:
-- Wire & conductors
- Hand tools
- Batteries
- Gloves
 etc.
The GL account could be used for some disgregation of the costs:
- Grocery
- Clothing
- Dairy & Milk
- Deli
- Vegetables
etc.
Of course, in a factory, you can use something like this:
-- supplies
-- oil & lubricants
-- Glues
-- Tools
-- Machinery & equipment
-- Vehicles
etc.
