WebERP is basically the solution for small and midium businesses. We cannot enter transactions as they occur. I have been running my business for several months without bookkeeping (few transactions).
Now, I want to start maintaining my books and I have installed the software and want to start.
How can I enter transactions as they occured?
We need to be able to enter purchase orders and receipts on previous dates.
We need to be able to enter sales orders and deliveries on previous dates.
I need to reconcile my bankaccount. So all transactions should have the ability to specify the date.
Going forward, I am will only enter the transactions of the month at the end of the month.
I am one employee and I am the business owner.
The argument about the effect of backdating on inventory cost should not be an issue for me.
Can someone tell me if there is a code change that I can install that gives me the ability to book a transaction backdated?

No its not intended for single user businesses - it is a multi-user system - you cannot just edit existing transctions. You'd better off with Xero or MYOB
