#38 Folding PMD/checkstyle errors away when reading source code

When reading source code with multiple errors on some lines it is almost impossible to understand what is going on. One simple piece of javascript linked to a button could hide the comments for a while to allow reading the code.

This is a known issue that we've been working on for a while. We have a workable design, and it is targeted for implementation. It has been waiting for the complete rewrite of both the page showing students code printouts and the page where staff enter grading comments on files. Be assured that it is in the works, however.
