#1 src ZIP broken

Although the size of downloaded ZIP file with EAP-SIM
sources matches the declared length of 114683 bytes,
the file cannot be opened by WinZip. WinRAR fails too.
Both tools claim that there's 406 bytes missing in the
archive.
