Many ships, especially milspec ships and capships such
as the Drayman and Paradigm, have severe issues with
upgrade modularity.

Specific issues:
- These ships cannot upgrade or even buy new armor or
hull plating, making armor and hull repairs near
impossible, since armor or hull that is damaged to a
certain point must be replaced.
- Many stock items that come with the ship cannot be
bought back, even irregardless of the independant ship
upgrade space bug.
- Many items specifically made for capships, such as
the Reactor Level 9, cannot be bought for these ships.

Affected Ships: Specifically found the Broadsword,
Drayman, and Paradigm. Could be any (and/or all)
milspec ship or capital ship, however.

Steps to reproduce: Buy one of the affected ships,
strip it, and attempt buying new items. For
hull/armor bug, attempt to fix, sell, and replace
damaged items after combat.

Versions Affected: All.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
(probably is a platform-independant bug)

This should be fixed by the new damage model... let's hope
    we get that implemented soon.
BTW: milspec ships aren't supposed to be flyable anyway.
Perhaps ships that should be flyable are marked as milspec?
That would be a bug on its own right.

The Draymand and Paradigm are purchasable after certain
points in the Privateer campaign and exhibit this bug.
