#4 Ship Hardpoint/Upgrade Issue

When selling off ship upgrades, especially those
upgrades which are part of a ship template (the
Paradigm comes to mind), the game engine does not free
up all the upgrade space used by the item.

Affected ships: All non-blank ships, and some blank
ships since not all of them are actually blank.

Steps to Reproduce: Buy a stock ship. Attempt to
sell components. Cry in abject misery ^_~

Versions: All releases.

OS: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (probably OS
independant bug, however)

This should be fixed by the new damage model... let's hope
we get that implemented soon.
