#1 Tarrell Missions all the same text

All of the missions Tarrell gives begin with the same
conversation as the first. And it seems that only upon
accepting the last do you get the "I accept" speech from
that mission. Also the Righteous Fire campaign began
early for me--before I even met the Officer who told me to
report to Tarrell. But fortunately I didn't lose my Steltek
gun from it.
