#6 Zoom cursor fault

When zooming the MAP in and out (F8) the cursor stays
at the same size. This leads to "mouse droppings" on
the screen.

The same happen with the marked region. I note also a
strange behavior. If the screen is dropped by marked
region, I exit the map editor and relaunch the map editor
happen that the screen is droppen as before exiting the map
editor.
