[Wavepacket-ng-devel] Release soon

Hi,

looking at the tasks that are open, there is not so much left., so I am
currently trying out the various left-over cleanup things, and then
would go for a new release, probably somewhen next week. Then we could
assemble a new todo list for the next version, just as an advance
warning. :)
