Image with an empty Src hangs WatiN/IE
Brought to you by:

When searching for an image like
ie.MainDocument.Image("image2")
will hang WatiN if an image, located in the DOM
before the searched image, has an empty Src
attribute. This is caused by the fact that this image
(with empty src) never reaches a readystate =
complete but remains uninitialized. Since WatiN
checks (and waits) for the readystate of an element
to become complete, it will wait forever.

Waiting for an element reaching a readystate = complete
will timeout after 30 seconds and throw a WatiNException.
Also, readystate check will be skipped for all image
elements. So an image with an empty Src attribute will not
hang WatiN (or throw an WatiNExcption) anymore.
