#281 Non-ascii chars not supported as textfield value in FireFox

When setting Value on a TextField control in FireFox to a string containing chars ouside the 7-bit ASCII range, the chars are converted to '?'.

I am including a patch which changes the FireFoxClientPort.SendCommand() implementation to use Encoding.Default instead of Encoding.ASCII. This allows 8-bit chars to be used according to the system's default codepage.

This is tested with FF 3.6 using a nordic codepage.

PS: I have noticed that the ChromeClientPort implementation is also using Encoding.ASCII and might have the same problem. That is not fixed in this patch.
