After upgraded at 1.7.4 build 442 waste can't automaticaly connect to localnetwork, I set it up again but nothing happend.
I tried to restart it but nothing. I click on 10.0.0./8 on network section and press ok, but every time I return on this configuration is unchecked.

Bug confirmed, but my instance only forgets that check if WASTE restarted...
