#11 After upgrade: No automatic rescanning with an interval

Hi. After a recent upgrade (I think since WASTE.1.7.4.build_437) the automatic rescanning with a configured interval time (1440 minutes) stopped working. With earlier versions (could have been a few versions earlier) this worked.

No I don't need it due to the sweet /rescan command line parameter, but for completeness sake I just wanted to mention that there might be a bug lurking around ;)
But I don't need a fix, because /rescan is way more flexible :D

Weird, I think I didn't touch the thing... Yes it's redundant but wanted to leave it for compatibility with old configs. Will look at it. Thx!
