To enable a TAI in WebSphere access the Admin console and select Security > Global security > Web and SIP security > Trust association.

Check the "Enable trust association" box...
Enable trust association

Create a new TAI by entering the complete class name to be used.
Enter class name

The newly created TAI will appear in the listing.
Class will appear in TAI list
