[Wasp-development] Eclipse Plugin help needed...

I'm relatively new to eclipse(Version: 3.2.1) and having trouble loading 
the wasp plugin(net.sourceforge.wasp.zip).

Tried Help=>SoftwareUpdates=>FindAndInstall... but eclipse would not 
load zip or jar file.

What is the process for loading the plugin?

What should I expect to once the plugin is loaded?
