#16 Document, Refactor and Upgrade Deps

There are several areas of washtub that need pythonized as well as just plain code cleanup. Django has been upgraded several minor revisions since startup and python deps are changing and needing upgrade.

Some steps that need to happen:

• Django 1.5 proper compatibility (currently it just works on 1.5)
• Cumulus is moving from python-cloudfiles to swiftclient (oy-vey)
• Django class-based views are needed
• Code comments should support Python docs for generation
• Rackspace/Open Stack install should be documented
• ...
