 I was cycling through the languages (which say "system locale" and should
 say "language"). I cycled through them once. Then again. Before it had
 gone through a second time it started giving me gibberish, with angle
 brackets around it. i.e. (this is made up):
 <AKJF939JDKF>
 All over the place.

 I tried taking a screenshot, but ended up with a black screen.
