#5 Items without cost

Support for items without cost (ie. tasks). No bar is
displayed, just a "checkbox" or color change showing
whether the item/task is completed or not, maybe like this:

X Crush my enemies, see them driven before me, and
hear the lamentations of their women
(status: expected 06-11-2052)

or with a color change

Crush my enemies, see them driven before me, and
hear the lamentations of their women <--- green to
indicate completion
(status: expected 06-11-2052)

you could make the value to 100% and fill in the completed
percentage. but you'll have to make the money currency an
array of some sort :)
