Please try ./wflogs/wflogs --verbose=3D2 -i netfilter -o html mylogfile
and tell me if you get a more explicit message.

If not, run strace ./wflogs/wflogs -i netfilter -o html mylogfile
and send me the result via personnal email, and I'll sort it out.
