#4 Root Menu not shown on screen

When at the edge of the screens, and accessing the root
menu, it displays half on screen, and half off screen.
Should be displayed completely on screen no matter
where you click.

*Acknowledge*. This feature is quite important. I suggest
that the menu is moved, when it is opened at the edge, into
the screen with an animation (as in WindowMaker, check it out).
