no mini-icon for KDE/GNOME/etc.

The title bar, task bar, task list etc. for KDE, GNOME,
icewm, etc. use a 16x16 mini-icon which the application
can set, otherwise it defaults to a generic X.
I will try to attach my code to use a jukebox picture.
It's kludgy because I'm not sure of a C++ way to do
it. The mainwin_set_icon function is stolen straight
from xmms. The icon I gimped together from a larger
picture on some web page.

lowered priority on this. I don't know of any users other
than the reporter who want this, and the submitted code
is still a bit unclean.
We should look at incorporating it, but it's less important
than many other of the bugs.
