#1 Redownload of torrent if settings changed

I noticed many times that if I change speed or even not change anything in torrent while it is downloading it as soon as I click "Save" button there is additional sub-folder created with the same name and torrent start to download to it causing torrent restart(start downloading once again)...
I will dig in code to find the fix a bit later today.

i am able to reproduce this behaviour.
it happens every time i click the "Save" Button, very annoying
