I already created the "windows_installer" directory inside the SVN,
please commit all the installer related data there and keep it
updated. Please also document the building process, the tools being
used, etc. (a readme.txt file inside the windows_installer directory
is enough).

Your user (Ulises2k) has the necessary permissions to write to that
directory, please limit your commits to that directory.
