#6 Some changes in vtun-2.5, bugfixes

We (at Fujitsu Siemens Computers) have a project where
we use
VTUN in kind of an application gateway; this is not a
VPN application,
but we use a tunnel to build a secure communication
channel through
firewalls for a RPC based application.
I started with vtun version 2.5 and made some changes
and bugfixes
that we now release to the mainstream development. The
changes are
documented in the file ChangeLog.FSC.

Summary of changes:
- Added support for modules to be loaded as shared objects.
- Added support for a packet filter module.
- Added some preprocessing for the config file so one file
may be used on client- and server-side.
