#94 Ignore derived resources in synchronize view

Currently, when I tell Eclipse to synchronize with the
repository, I see all the directories containing my
generated class files, even after specifying that the
bin directory is derived.

There should be an option to ignore all derived
resources when synchronizing.

(Alternatively, directories which only contain ignored
resources should be ignored.)

That would be great. Something like the .cvsignore that
allows you to not look at some files during the
synchronization.
