I tried the vssplugin with Eclipse 3.5.1 64-bit on Windows 7.
It seams, that the plugin uses the vssapi.dll, which is 32 bit.

Afaik the plugin is working with Eclipse 3.5.1 on Windows XP and Windows 7.

I can confirm that this is an issue. We did a work around for it by making sure that everything we used was 32-bit. This includes, 32-bit JDK, 32-bit Eclipse, and VSS 32-bit. You may be able to fix this issue by installing a 64-bit edition of the VSS program.

Since the author no longer gives a damn about this project nothing will ever be done to fix this.
