I'm using version 1.6.1 of the plugin on Eclipse 3.2. I don't see a way to add a comment to the file or group of files regarding changes made. Is it there and I just haven't found it yet?

  One more thing: The help file mentions configuring comments in the preferences, but I don't have a VSS Plugin section in my preferences...should I?

    Never mind. I found the VSS preferences under the Team section.
