#3 dll containing tests doesn't display tree

I'm trying to use VSNUnit loading the dll containing tests
doesn't display the tree of tests (contains 1 simple
test). This same file can be loaded to NUnit-Gui and it
displays and runs just fine. Any idea what I'm doing
wrong?

Using .NET 2003
NUnit V2.1
