Hi all
we are using VSCaptureWave to capture EEG data from a GE CARESCAPE B450. The exported EEG values seem to be scaled by a factor of 10 compared with what the monitor displays (e.g., the max range should be 500 µV but the max output in the csv file is 5'000 µV). Has anyone encountered this and found a fix or configuration change? Thanks for any pointers!
Cooper

Can you send me the screenshots of the EEG waveform from the monitor, the range and the .raw debug file generated by VSCaptureCLI? Please send it to xeonfusion at yahoo dot com.
Regards,
John.

Thanks for reporting this, an update fixing this for new Carescape monitors will be released soon.
