Nature plug-in update. Functionality of Landmass ability extended.

1.) Texture resolution added as a global property.
2.) Zabaged grid now supports 3 different texture sources.
3.) Preparations for ray intersection computation have been made (see ComputeIntersectionWithRay() in LandMesh.h).

Nature plug-in update. Functionality of Landmass ability extended.

1.) Zabaged grid now supports textures which are downloaded using HTTP.
2.) Instead of a single geometry, HeightFieldMesh now creates multiple segments.

1.) Land ability now supports texture download from multiple various sources (using the curl library).
2.) Downloaded textures are stored in a local cache which is searched for textures when necessary.
