#53 Ship-Planet transfer money->supplies

If a planet has both supplies and megacredits and you
beam up megacredits, once the planet's money is gone
VPA will automatically sell the supplies and beam it up as
money. However, if you beam that money back down
and try and beam up supplies VPA doesn't un-sell the
supplies - you have to view the planet and manually
convert the money back to supplies then back to the
ship to beam up the supplies.

So my request is for VPA to auto-unsell supplies if you
try and beam up supplies from a planet, the same way it
auto-sells supplies if you try to beam up megacredits.
