#48 Save known enemy ship information

It'd be great to be able to manually edit enemy ship
specs (hull type, beam number & type, torp type, engine
tech, number of torps & fighters, etc) if you find out this
data somehow (combat for example) and have it stay
with the ship and show up on the ship information
screen, and also take these values into the combat
simulator. Number of torps and fighters are of course
variable, but it would still be useful to have a "last
known" value (like planets do).

    Today i prepared and improved the Menu-routines. I think
    tomorrow i can prepare the menues to choose Engines,
    Beams, Torps and Mission. Actually i changed the shipinfo
    display a bit (when you click on an enemy ship), maybe at the
    end of the week, i can give out more infos...
    Anything else you want to be able to change (where it make
    sense?)

    By "Torps" I hope that includes both the tech of torp tubes
    and the number of torps (or fighters) onboard.

    To be completely correct you should be able to edit the
    number of beams and/or torp tubes (if the ship was built in a
    non-standard configuration) but that might be too detailed?

    Small bug in that area of code: for an unknown hull you used
    to be able to hit hotkey "H" to manually specify the hull type.
    The hotkey still works but it no longer shows as a hotkey
    (the "H" used to be a different color).

    Well well, equipment modifications will now be possible - it's
    working quite fine so far, but i have to test it for a while.
    Especially i like it that you see at instant if you have
    information about the equipment (from batte etc) - then data
    is shown in DarkGray - else the hull maximuns are shown in
    normal color.
    Next step will be to make an imaginary planet with unlimited
    stuff for a cargo transfer (this way you can modify ammo).
