#19 Port the Mälardalen benchmarks to Java, use as test cases

The Mälardalen WCET research group maintains a number of benchmark programs used to evaluate and compare different types of WCET analysis tools and methods.

It would be nice to port these programs to Java and use them as test cases in Clepsydra.
