Whenever I enable volnorm xmms freezes after a couple minutes playing. Usually right before a track transition. Has anyone else seen this behaviour?
The other problem is that I find the sudden volume adjustments quite jarring. It seems like if the user is using the crossfade output plugin it should be possible to peek into its buffer and adjust the volume correctly right from the start.
