#1 Transfer Monitor

I'd like to see a server wide transfer monitor for the
administrators to view, manipulate and cancel any transfers
(up and down) taking place. It's hard to click on each individual
user and get info to see what they're transferring. I'd like to
have one window that shows every transfer that's going on
and able to sort by user, size, download spot (queue) etc. I
also want to move people around in the queue without
completely cancelling the transfer. I think the newest version of
pitbull for hotline does something like this but I haven't used it
lately.
