#176 TightVNC: Connection gracefully closed

Hi, I'm having a problem using TightVNC to connect through an SSH tunnel from a windows 10 machine to a CentOS system. I keep getting "Connection gracefully closed".

I am connecting from a Windows 10 laptop to a CentOS 6.8 computer on my university's system.

I've been using the tutorial at https://www.techotopia.com/index.php/Remote_Access_to_the_CentOS_Desktop#Installing_Remote_Desktop_Support but I'll detail what I've done here to be clear.

I'm using PuTTY to SSH port 22 of my university computer with a forwarded port (under ssh/tunnels) Source: L5900, destination: localhost:5900

This seems to work fine and I can enter my password to log into the system

I then start up TightVNC with the Remote Host as localhost:5900 but I get "Connection has been gracefully closed."

I've enabled logging (attached), the problem seems to be at the handshake but I'm not sure why.
