#131 View Only Mode Hotkey

It would be nice to have a ctrl-key sequence in the VNC
viewer that causes it to toggle view-only mode on and
off. This makes using a vnc shared sessions more
managable.

An indicator of which mode you were in
(view-only/full-control) would be good as well.

If you really wanted to go wild, the vnc server could
allow only one client at a time to be in full-contol mode.

Huh. This is an improvement I would really appreciate. But 11 years without any progress? :-(
