#816 Issue with language changing via keyboard (ALT+SHIFT)

In both the client and the host, i have English windows but i have also added one additional language which is changed using ALT+SHIFT. If both the the client and the host keyboards are in English and i change the language by pressing ALT+SHIFT once, the keyboard language is changed in both environments but most of the keyboard keys stop working in the client. In order for the client keyboard to work, the host keyboard must be set to English by selecting it with the mouse from the language bar.

In other words, the keyboard language cannot be changed by using ALT+SHIFT but only by using the client's language bar.
