#793 Initial 5-digit HTTP port being changed upon save

When installing v1.3.9 the first time (as a service), the first time the HTTP port is entered, and saved, it is getting clobbered during the save. Open the settings dialog again, and the original entry has been changed. Here is an example:

Originally entered ...

Main: 59125
HTTP: 58125

Save, open dialog box again. Main is correct. HTTP has been changed to 59nnn. Enter HTTP port a second time and this time it saves properly.

This is a consistent result. So far I've tried had it occur on 75+ installs.
