#487 TightVNC server under XP does not respond to crtl-alt-del

TightVNC server running on XP does not respond to the
function send ctrl-alt-del. Up and to windows 2000 the
server would normally respond with the possibility
to "close" the system running. Or if you connected to a
closed windows 2000 computer to sign-on.
If the host is already in use, TightVNC connects and
functions correctly.
