#1632 Keys NumPadLeft/Right/Up/Down are lost to ArrowLeft/Right/Up/Down

Keys NumPadLeft/Right/Up/Down are lost to ArrowLeft/Right/Up/Down.

This is on windows, the latest server and client, version 2.8.81.

On windows, the keys ArrowLeft and NumPadLeft are two distinct key codes.
The same applies for Up/Down/Right variants.

This can be verified with:

It will show "Left" when ArrowLeft is pressed, but it will show [Left] when NumPadLeft is pressed (press NumLock on your keyboard to switch from numbers to directionals).

This is lost when using TightVNC.
NumPadLeft is just reaching the server as ArrowLeft.
Hence, all of the shortcuts built on NumPad direction keys are not working acros TightVNC.
