#1611 Scroll bars in full screen viewer at 100%

Hi everyone,

The problem is the following: my local screen resolution is 1366x768, I'm setting server resolution also at exactly 1366x768. When I connect to this server through viewer, set scaling to 100% and switch to full screen - scroll bars appear on both the bottom and the side.

Both server and viewer are TightVNC 2.8.79.

I tested the same in RealVNC, UltraVNC and TigerVNC viewers, and none of then have this issue.

If, for example, I switch scaling to 99% the scroll bars are gone but the picture gets blurry.

This almost certainly looks like a bug and hopefully it can be fixed.
