#1595 Display refresh lag

Hi,

I use TightVNC since years without issue but since some weeks, I have a annoying problem:

When I use TightVNC client on my Windows 10 Wifi notebook to remote control my ethernet desktop, I often have a display lag: display isn't refreshed, it is like frozen and after some seconds, it is responsive again.
It seems that my controls are always sent (I see my mouse move on the server but I don't see it on my client).

Recently I changed my desktop motherboard/cpu/Ram and OS from Win7 to Win10. The issue is still here.

Do you have any idea about what could cause this problem?

I have 2.8.63 version
