#1585 Black screen and freezing

When you VNC across it just has a black screen or sometimes works for a split second and freezes.
Seems to be unable to screen grab. I've tried all the normal things, reinstalling tightvnc, tried different versions, new GPU drivers, even tried reimaging.
Nothing seems to work.
